Currently under construction, this six-storey, wood-frame residential building with a CIP parkade features several site-specific adaptations. The parkade extends beyond the building footprint, requiring unique waterproofing, and a flat roof with high-performance insulation replaces the typical shingle system.

Designed to meet Tier 2 energy performance under the NECB, the building includes a waste-water heat pump for domestic hot water, low-temperature baseboard heaters with PTACs and ERVs, and rooftop solar panels.

Managed from planning and permitting through construction, the project delivers modern, energy-conscious living spaces tailored to Regina residents.
