Woodbridge Vet Clinic is a 2,400 SF fit-up within an existing retail unit (CRU), delivering a modern, functional veterinary space. West Cirque served as general contractor, guiding the project from design and permitting through construction, commissioning, and final turnover.

The project presented unique challenges, including the triangular treatment tower connected to a wash station, a rear dog wash room, and the integration of specialized medical equipment such as x-ray machinery. Early coordination and meticulous planning ensured all elements fit seamlessly.

The finished clinic combines clean, contemporary design with efficient workflow, creating a welcoming and fully functional environment for both staff and clients.
